Instructions for filing FinCEN Notices
Pursuant to NH RSA 383-A:5-511 Copies of Reports and Notices, New Hampshire chartered institutions must notify the Department when Suspicious Activity Reports are submitted to the federal regulators.
Please do not submit the Suspicious Activity Reports to the NH Banking Department. The Department only requires the following information:
- Institution Name
- Contact Name
- Contact Title
- Phone Number
- Date Filed
- Quantity Filed
Institutions can submit this information via email to notice@banking.nh.gov or complete the Notice of FinCEN Filing Form.
