Who We Are
The Trust Division of the New Hampshire Banking Department is committed to protecting the public’s interest through the professional supervision of the trust companies it regulates. The Trust Division promotes safety and soundness through periodic statutorily required examinations of NH chartered trust companies, examinations of trust company applications or notices, and offsite monitoring of trust company activities.
