Instructions: You must file
an annual report with the New Hampshire Banking Department if you held a New
Hampshire mortgage banker or broker, motor vehicle sales finance company, small
loan lender (including payday and title loans), money transmitter, or debt
adjuster license, or a mortgage servicer registration at any time during the
calendar year 2014. You will be able to print a receipt once the report is
completed and filed online. Please print the receipt and keep it with your
records. There is no fee to file the report, and the due date is March 31, 2015.
If you have made an error on your online submission, in order to correct it,
you will have to submit a paper filing by using the appropriate
annual report paper form.
You will not be able to make any corrections online. Additionally, this filing website
will be taken offline on April 1, 2015. If you do not file your annual report with the New
Hampshire Banking Department by March 31, 2015, you will have to submit a paper filing directly
to the department as you will no longer be able to file online, and you will have
to pay $25.00 for each day the report is overdue until the report is received by the department.
